Crowns

For teeth that are structurally compromised, dental crowns are the best option for their long term health. Teeth that have very large fillings which are broken down or have cavities, as well as teeth that have been root canalled, are the most common reasons for which a crown is recommended.

A dental crown is a restoration that is made by a dental laboratory out of either gold, porcelain or a tooth colored metal to cover the tooth and help to make it stronger and less likely to break if it is weakened. This is a routine procedure for our dentist and we will make sure that it is as comfortable and simple as possible for you.
